Up for sale here is this set of 2 used vintage Ajax blue molded capacitors. Each is marked .022 uf 400v, and tests very close to that, right around .02214 uf and .02315 uf. These Ajax blue molded caps are incredible--they barely drift at all, usually just 0-10%, and with zero or very low leakage/ESR. They are great for use in amplifiers where you want something that can easily handle full voltage, and will work great in guitars or bass guitars as well. Please see my pictures for details.
