Up for sale here is this matched pair of NOS vintage Ajax white ceramic-shell capacitors, from the 1970s and Made in USA. I have a bunch of these, and about half have no markings at all, and the other half are marked .22 uf 600v. You will probably get one marked and one unmarked, but you might get two of one or the other. These test a bit higher, around .3 uf, with a bit of leakage/ESR. They will probably be fine at full voltage in an amplifier. Please see my pictures for details, length, and sample test results. US shipping and handling is $5, and international is $18.
